Celebrate Detox January in style with this completely vegan food and wine tasting. We will explain exactly how a wine can be classed vegan (and why many aren’t) and lead a tasting of examples from the Old World and the New. After you’ve had your vegan apéritif, you’ll be served three vegan dishes, specially prepared by our Head Chef Jurgen from ICOA, and accompanied by five wines.
