Christian Esser founded and leads WINESCHOOL3, designing and delivering its programs throughout the Caribbean. From an early age, he pursued a future in hospitality, attaining his degree in viticulture and subsequently working in the wine and hospitality industry for over 15 years as a sommelier, educator, and consultant.

Widely respected in his field, he is an Associate of the Institute of Wine and Spirits from London's Wine and Spirits Educational Trust.

A successful and diverse career in hospitality, viticulture and marketing has seen Christian work with a range of restaurants, wineries, and distillers to delight customers, drive sales growth, and improve the establishments' wine cellars and elevate the knowledge of colleagues for lasting improvement. Christian personally enjoys and has in-depth knowledge of Northern Hemisphere wine countries and Pinot Noir.
A natural development of his knowledge led to him attaining qualifications in spirits and becoming a spirits educator, delivering courses on distilling, manufacture, and mixology whilst embracing his personal passion for Sake, Scotch Whiskey, and Cognac; attaining rare specialist educator qualifications in each.
Most recently, and to complement his already diverse portfolio of passions, Christian has indulged one of his food passions and embraced all things cheese and is developing knowledge that will see him add Cheese Educator to his already impressive portfolio of qualifications
