Sherry has been called “the world’s most under-appreciated wine”. Difficult and time-consuming to make, this labour-intensive wine has been, for centuries, one of the most distinct wines in the world.
Learn about all the different styles of sherry, from the completely dry Finos to the rich, lusciously sweet cream sherry’s. Journey with us to the south of Spain and discover the solera system, the unique aging system that is so important to this enduring wine.
