During this tasting, we will practice recognizing red wines by focusing on color, body, tannic range, aromatic profile, and development. The tasting is suitable both for those preparing for wine exams and those simply with an interest in learning more through taste. Expect some classics as well as some lesser-known styles. As ever, the wines will be tasted in flights of three and we are tasting a total of nine wines.
